في ظل سعي الاتحاد المصري لسياسات التنمية والحماية الاجتماعية الى تحقيق كافة انواع التنمية للفرد مما ينتج عنه تنمية للمجتمع ومن انواع التنمية التى اهتم بها الاتحاد المصري  ان يسعى الى توفير فرص عمل عديدة ومتنوعة من خلال تأهيل وتدريب الشباب على الحرف اليدوية بهدف تمكينهم اقتصادياً و ذلك من خلال بنك التطوع المصري
