فى اطار اهتمام الدولة بالحوار البناء نظم بنك التطوع المصري الذراع التنموي للاتحاد المصري لسياسات التنمية والحماية الاجتماعية ورشة عمل لتنمية مهارات الحوار البناء لدى الشباب بمحافظة الوادي الجديد وتضمنت الورشة عدد من الانشطة التفاعلية اهمها

-التبادل الفكري بين الهيكل التنظيمى لإدارة البنك فيما سيتم تنفيذه من ورش ودورات تدريية فى الفترات القادمة.

-فتح باب الحوار فيما يحتاجة المتطوعين من أنشطة تفاعلية وكيف يمكن تنفيذها بشكل يخدم جميع الفئات العمرية
