في إطار سعي مؤسسة الاتحاد المصري لسياسات التنمية والحماية الاجتماعية لتعزيز إسهام العمل الأهلي المصري في التنمية المستدامة ورؤية مصر ۲۰۳۰ ودعم حركة التطوع وربط المتطوعين بالمنظمات الأهلية في مجال التنمية المستدامة والإسهام في تجفيف منابع الغرم في مصر. وقعت مؤسسة الاتحاد المصري لسياسات التنمية والحماية الاجتماعية بروتوكول تعاون وشراكة مع مؤسسة مصر الخير للشراكة في تنفيذ أنشطة لدعم حركة التطوع في مصر ودعم المنظمات الأهلية في تجفيف ظاهرة الغرم. قام بتوقيع البروتوكول دكتور رشاد عبد اللطيف رئيس مجلس أمناء الاتحاد . و د.محمد رفاعي الرئيس التنفيذي لمؤسسة مصر الخير، و، وبحضور كل من السادة: د. صلاح هاشم .. مؤسس الاتحاد المصري لسياسات التنمية والحماية الاجتماعية. اللواء حمزة درويش .. عضو مجلس أمناء الاتحاد المصري لسياسات التنمية والحماية الاجتماعية. د. منال شاهين .. رئيس قطاع الغارمين- مؤسسة مصر الخير أ. محمد ممدوح .. رئيس قطاع تطوير الجمعيات الأهلية – مؤسسة مصر الخير.
